Exchange and Refund Policies
Sky Free shop does not accept returns. Purchasing cannot be refunded. We only accept exchanged within 30 days of the purchase date.
Unless the buyer notifies Sky Free Shop in writing to the contrary within 30 days of the purchase date, the products shall be deemed to have been accepted by the buyer as being in good condition and in accordance with the contract.
Sky Free Shop guarantees that every product is in good condition at the time of purchase. Sky Free Shop will not entertain any returns or requests for refunds.
Sky Free Shop makes no warranty in respect of any product, and Sky Free Shop’s is in lieu Returns Policy of all other warranties express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, satisfactory quality, compliance with description and fitness for a particular purpose. Sky Free Shop’s sole liability for defective or non-compliant products is limited to the Returns Policy.
If the product has manufacturing defects after the stated period, the customer must go directly to the manufacturer or authorized distributor (see product warranty brochure), to make their warranty claim.
Sky Free Shop reserves the right to refuse any claims under the Returns Policy if:
1 - The claim does not meet any of the conditions or falls within any of the exclusions, under the Returns Policy; or
2 - The defect is the result of:
Sky Free Shop reserves the right to refuse any claims under the Returns Policy if:
(i) improper use or mismanagement by buyer;
(ii) operation of the products other than in accordance with the operating manual or instructions;
(iii) use of the products in a manner not reasonably contemplated by Sky Free Shop;
(iv) modification of the products not authorized by Sky Free Shop
(v) subjection of the products to unusual or un recommended physical, environmental or electrical stress; or
(vi) buyer’s failure to comply with any terms of these Conditions.

IMPORTANT: it is required to present the original purchase receipt as well as passenger’s passport.
